In Florida, Geckos can be found on the sides of houses and on the ground. Try not to leave doors or windows open unnecessarily to prevent them from entering the home. While they are harmless to humans, nobody likes unwanted guests. While we are on a comprehensive pest control program, it's still Florida, and some insects may get into the property through open doors or windows. Please note we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool, even with a heater, if the outdoor temperatures are colder than normal. We do not connect or maintain the ice maker or water dispenser on the fridge. We're happy to provide an initial supply of ice if you'd like. Please note, we can accommodate early check-ins if the property is ready in time, but we cannot guarantee an early check-in. We do not allow late check-outs. All guests must vacate the property by 10 AM EST to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the property for the next guests.
