We enjoyed our stay very much ! The heated pool was ideal for a chilly week. The house has everything you need and close to beaches - Sarasota and good restaurants.

This place was central, so easy to get to down town Blue Ridge and short drives to great hikes! We had a girls weekend, and it was perfect! When I had questions, Joseph was so quick to respond to them. I highly recommend this cabin, there was amble amount of room and great amenities for little kiddos if you are bringing them along!

We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary ! Everything was 10 min away but felt so private & romantic with Mountain Views from the hot tub , fun fire with s’more’s & very serious jenga tournament. Great couple get away !!!! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a proposal 😂. 15/10 would def book again !!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The view was beautiful and made the whole experience even more peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Joseph has gone above and beyond to include so many extras while stocking the home. It is an amazing place to relax and get away from the crowds in town.
Very convenient location to stores, peaceful, quiet neighborhood that is very walking friendly.
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! Thank you for all of your efforts and sharing your home!

We really enjoyed staying at Joseph’s home he was extremely communicative, proactive and checked in with us throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the down time at the house when not exploring the area. It was equipped with amenities as well which was nice. We had great restaurants to choose from, very easy quick drive to AMI for cute shops, beaches and food. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks again so much!

Loved this place! Exactly as described, responsive host. The game room and board games came in handy during some chilly days. Everything was super clean, well organized and labeled. The pool was clean and lovely but too chilly to swim even tho it was heated (we had highs in the 50s!) too chilly for the beach but lots of beach items available to use also (chairs, toys, umbrellas etc). Appreciate the nice washer & dryer also. Only thing missing was a tub & washcloth to wash dishes in

Everything about the house was perfect! The weather was excellent, so my guest and I mostly used the yard to relax and have fun. It was like a private resort, just for us. :D There wasn't a single moment when we thought, "wish we just had..." because everything we needed was there, in the house.
Grocery stores and restaurants were very close, just as described. The neighborhood was chill and it was easy to get to attractions we visited. This was my first visit to this portion of Florida, to visit family. I feel like I lucked out choosing Joseph's house. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We loved the heated pool. Our kids had a great time and loved watching the sandlot while they swam. The home was very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with the items we needed for meals and I loved having a washer and dryer to clean items before leaving. The beach toys were nice to use at the beach.

My family and I got to enjoy our 1st Christmas getaway. This home is beautiful, spacious and provided everything we needed on top of a calming peaceful environment. Joseph responds quickly and was proactive and kind. When you stay here just know you will love it and have an amazing time.
